The promise

Change should reach people, not stop at the plan.

“The Rhodes Effect is what happens when community wisdom, public health, faith, and action meet.”

We move from listening to strategy, from strategy to action, and from action to accountable impact.

Three connected pathways

One body of work.
Three distinct expressions.

What we do

Strategy with roots and receipts.

Services are shaped for universities, public-health organizations, faith communities, nonprofits, government partners, and purpose-driven leaders.
